Hello from North Carolina

Josh doesn't like to get tackled in football, the first time he was hit he was "airborn" -- Mike and I tell him if you don't want to get hit -- you need to hit first .......... it's been an adjustment for him and Mike says he's starting to get it. He'll only play 4 games this fall and then it's tournament ... He LOVES his 4th grade teacher and is doing well in school, his 1st quarter mid-term was all A's & B's. We're proud of him
Ally is adjusting to middle school, at least the 1st week has gone well, she's excited and wants to do a good job this year. Her Language Arts / Homeroom teacher called last friday, they reviewed tornado drills and Ally left the classroom a little upset - (she's deathly afraid of tornados -- thanx to Twister!!!!) Playing soccer and still horseback riding, she's now jumping a vertical jump (no longer x jumps) -- mom's a tad nervous; she's advancing nicely.
Mike is coaching baseball first game is this week weather permitting, we're watching Hanna very closely.
I've taken on a p/t job 3 nights a week to pay off our last credit card, which will be paid by December.
Are you tired? I sure am and the games haven't even started.
Love ya
Janel (MrsRedDawg)
